About AEP...

The goal of Cal Poly AEP is to improve members' skills as environmental practitioners and natural resource managers.

The student chapter of the Association of Environmental Professionals is a group of students whose primary interest lies in the area of professional environmental services. This student group provides informational programs and projects for students interested in pursuing a career in the area of environmental services.

​

• We bring in experts from a range of professions such as consulting, air pollution, energy utilities, planning, and other related fields such as biology to educate members

• AEP serves as a unique networking opportunity for students with like-minded students and professionals in their field

• We provide members with CAFES related news and opportunities such as scholarships, study abroad info, and local volunteer opportunities 

• The annual conference held by the national AEP organization provides members with an intensive networking experience that is exclusive to members
